Trevi XVII Century Roman Loft

Spacious apartment very close to Trevi Fountains but needs major upgrades Positive: Very close to Trevi fountains. Specious two bedroom apartment. Negative: Very old and creepy looking entrance out of a horror movie. Many narrow stairs to climb to go to the apartment. Apartment with very poor natural light. Apartment with absolutely NO views of any kind. Very low ceiling and not the option for any person taller than 5’11”. No Air conditioning in inside bedroom which was hot like furnace upon arrival. There was only one AC for the whole apartment. Address is WRONG on booking.com

We had a wonderful stay. We liked the centralized location. Positive: The property was in a 17th century building. It had unique features. Loved that the unit had 2 bathrooms. It was in a great location but was very quiet. Air conditioner and hot water worked great. Owner was quick to respond and very personable. Negative: In order to get the apartment, you had to climb up a few steep, narrow stairs with luggage. The garbage in the apartment building foyer seemed to be overflowing for many days prior to being emptied. The ceilings in the apartments were quite low where the bathrooms were. Someone tall would have an issue taking a shower.

Positive: A hospitable host. Convenient location.
